Craig D. Gordon, MD
Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer
Prior to establishing GordonMD® Global Investments in 2021, Dr. Gordon worked at The Capital Group for 10+ years as an Equity Investment Analyst investing in and covering U.S. and Japanese biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. In this capacity, he conducted research and built his own differentiated portfolio, taking into consideration numerous factors including but not limited to appropriate sizing, risk levels, and timing of milestones.
Dr. Gordon worked for the Cowen Group in New York as a Biotechnology Equity Research Analyst and Associate before joining Capital Group in 2010.
In addition to being a licensed rheumatologist, Dr. Gordon is an investment manager, who has personally managed on average $7 billion or more, and provided help in overseeing additional portfolios totaling billions more.

Mike Kostolansky
COO
Mike Kostolansky is the COO at GordonMD® Global Investments. Prior to joining the Firm, Mike was the COO/CFO at Rolnick Kramer Sadighi LLP (“RKS”), a litigation boutique. Prior to RKS, Mike spent more than 15 years as the COO, CFO, and CCO at several alternative asset managers spanning a wide variety of complex financial instruments and investment strategies. Mike also has experience as an Equity Analyst and Management Consultant. Mike earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Senior Analyst
Andrew Yuen is the Senior Analyst at GordonMD® Global Investments LP. Prior to joining, Andrew was an Equity Research Associate for two years at The Capital Group with research responsibilities for U.S. and Japanese biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Nomin Baatarkhuu
Research Associate
Nomin Baatarkhuu is a Research Associate at GordonMD Global Investments LP. Before joining the Firm, Nomin served as an Analyst at The Riverside Company, focusing on healthcare private equity transactions and portfolio strategy. Prior to Riverside, she worked as a consultant at Health Advances, where she covered various sectors of the healthcare industry, including biopharmaceuticals, digital health, and medical devices. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Brown University, where she worked as a researcher in a lab focused on the genetic mechanisms of aging and Alzheimer’s.

Astrid Martin
Research Associate
Astrid Martin is a Research Associate at GordonMD® Global Investments LP. Prior to joining, Astrid was a student at The University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her time at Wisconsin she worked year-round in an endocrinology lab researching the molecular physiology of aging, documented in her Independent Project and an upcoming publication, and completed a Senior Capstone project focused on long-term Epigenetic Silencing with dCRISPR/Cas9 Fusion Proteins. She was a Head of Research Initiatives and a founding member of the Medical & Research Initiative at UW Madison. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UW Madison's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Ron Baik
Associate
Ron Baik is an Associate at GordonMD Global Investments LP. Prior to joining, Ron was a PhD student and an Experimental Immuno-Oncology (EIO) Scholar at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medicine, where he developed novel tools to engineer mitochondrial DNA and studied how mitochondrial mutations affect cancer development. He brings over 10 years of academic research experience, including work at Stanford University, the Innovative Genomics Institute at UC Berkeley, and Northwestern University. His research spans epigenetics, stem cell biology, genome engineering, metabolism, cancer, and computational biology, with contributions to publications across basic and translational science. During his doctoral training, he participated in Cornell University’s Life Sciences Technology Innovation Fellowship and founded a biotechnology startup.
Ron earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Andrews University and his PhD in Molecular Biology from Weill Cornell Medicine.
